All livestock sold by our farm are raised with care, proper nutrition, and responsible husbandry. By purchasing an animal from us, buyers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

- A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits apply toward the final purc

All livestock sold by our farm are raised with care, proper nutrition, and responsible husbandry. By purchasing an animal from us, buyers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits apply toward the final purchase price.
- Full payment must be received prior to pickup or shipment.
- Animals not picked up by the agreed-upon date may forfeit the deposit and be relisted, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Health & Care
- All animals are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale and leave the farm in good condition.
- Once an animal leaves our property, we are not responsible for illness, injury, stress, or death due to transport, environment changes, handling, or management practices.
- We strongly recommend buyers have appropriate housing, feed, and veterinary access in place prior to purchase.
No Guarantees
- We make no guarantees regarding future performance, including but not limited to fertility, milk production, growth rate, temperament, show quality, or breeding outcomes.
- Hatching eggs are sold with no hatch-rate guarantee, especially for shipped eggs, as many factors beyond our control affect viability.
Breeding & Butcher Stock
- Animals sold as breeding stock are selected based on current health and observable traits at the time of sale, but long-term performance cannot be guaranteed.
- Animals sold as butcher or meat stock are sold for that purpose only and are not guaranteed suitable for breeding.
Shipping & Transport
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping or transport arrangements and associated costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Once animals or eggs are transferred to a carrier, responsibility passes to the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
- No refunds or exchanges once an animal or product leaves the farm.
- In the rare event of an issue attributable directly to our care prior to pickup, concerns must be raised immediately.
Right of Refusal
- We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion if we believe an animal would not be placed in an appropriate or prepared home.
Communication & Support
- We are happy to provide honest information and basic guidance before and after purchase, but ongoing care decisions remain the responsibility of the buyer.
